I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IN PARTICIPATING IN THE ADOPT A STORM DRAIN PROGRAM THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN PERSONAL SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS THAT MAY ASSIST ME IN THE CLEANING OF STORM DRAINS. I WILL ADHERE TO ALL PRUDENT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY RESULT IN BODILY INJURY TO MYSELF OR OTHERS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADOPT A STORM DRAIN RAMSEY, THE BOROUGH OF RAMSEY, THE RAMSEY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, OR THE RAMSEY ENVIRONMENTAL COMMISSION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ADOPT A STORM DRAIN PROGRAM, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THIS WEBSITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE YOU PARTICIPATION IN THE ADOPT A STORM DRAIN PROGRAM.
